NFL Star Le'Veon Bell Goes From Running Back to Rapper on 'The Interview' Mixtape

The Pittsburgh Steelers player goes by Juice on 10-track tape.

You might be familiar with Le'Veon Bell as a Pittsburgh Steelers running back, but now, through a just-released mixtape called The Interview, you can meet Juice, Bell's rapper alter ego.

The NFL star dropped the 10-track tape Tuesday (March 1) on SoundCloud with this open-minded explanation: "I'm just a 1st Team All Pro Running Back not limiting myself to anything." The Michigan State alum is smart to keep his options open: He suffered a season-ending MCL tear in his right knee back in November, though he was just cleared this week to run again in preparation for the NFL season this fall.

A highlight of The Interview is the smooth mixtape-closer "Never Better," featuring DJ Madd Rich, which borrows the soulful beat from Red McFly's "Greatest" (that track has its own sports connection too: "Greatest" is a tribute to NBA legend Michael Jordan).
